Clive Searle was a former Head of Geography at a large comprehensive school in Bolton. He has taught Geography at GCSE and A level for over twenty five Years.
“Having decided on the OCR specification A, Geographical Themes, for our Geography department teaching the new GCSE, we quickly realised that there was a shortage of material to support this specification. “Why don’t you write a revision guide?” a friend suggested, “You’ll enjoy the challenge.”
"So I took up the challenge and these two books are the outcome. At our school in north Bolton we used the books as both a classroom textbook resource and a revision guide for the students. To encourage students to get their own copies, I have tried to keep the discount price to schools as low as possible for a small independent publisher.
